Engine Specs

The three trim levels of the 2020 Mazda3 Hatchback include the Base, Preferred, and Premium. All three trim levels are powered by a 2.5-liter SKYACTIV-G 4-cylinder engine that produces 186 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque. The Base and Preferred trims come with an automatic transmission that is either FWD or AWD. However, if you want a manual transmission, you can choose the Premium trim level! In addition to the two automatic transmissions that are available on the Base and Preferred trim levels, there is also a manual FWD transmission option.
