The 2019 Mazda6 has two engine options for drivers to choose from. The Mazda5 Sport and Touring trims come standard with a SKYACTIV®-G 2.5-liter engine that delivers 187 horsepower and 186 pound-feet of torque. The Grand Touring, Grand Touring Reserve, and Signature trim levels have the SKYACTIV®-G 2.5T Dynamic Pressure Turbo engine that delivers 250 horsepower with premium unleaded fuel. This model also has SKACTIV-VEHICLE DYNAMICS with G-Vectoring Control Plus to give you more control for a smoother ride.
Driving Range
The base engine of the 2019 Mazda6 has a gas mileage of 35 highway mpg. With its 16.4-gallon fuel tank, that gives drivers a maximum driving range of approximately 574 miles. For the higher trim levels, they have a gas mileage of 31 mpg on the highway with the same fuel tank size. That gives drivers an approximate driving range of about 508 miles. Â
